VenkatRaman E is currently General Manager & Controller – DOP, Indirect Tax and India Regions. He has a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Prior to this, Venkat was part of FP&A where he acquired skilled in Management Information Systems (MIS), Segment P&L, Planning, budgeting, publishing various dashboards and variance analysis.
Academically, Venkat is a strong finance professional with a CA qualification from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
As the Senior manager in Corporate Taxation till June 2018, Venkat has led an international tax services team that is responsible for the delivery of a full range of international tax services for USA, Canada and LATAM geographic locations including US Federal, indirect tax, transfer pricing compliance, WHT, contract structuring and M&A due diligence. He has also provided tax advisory work involving local and cross-border transactions, design and implementation of tax effective alternatives in structuring local and foreign investments and incentive regimes.
