The Roles and Responsibilities

Measure, monitor, and control financial movements within the project scope, and ensure they are correctly and accurately reported.

Manage and reconcile the project results both within the project accounts and concerning balance sheet positions related to the project.

Ensure consistency of assessment of risk recognition and accounting for any risks and opportunities in the projects.

Monitor and forecast cash flows arising from the project, setting a control environment for the cash management to optimize cash flow.

Monitor and forecast revenue and margins arising from the project, setting a control environment for the revenue and margin management

Ensure that all financial processes and internal controls, including Delegation of Authority (DoA), are implemented,

Drive financial project reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis for MIS and Project Business Reviews for the core.

Provide management with reliable financial data to assist in the decision-making. Focus on data automation and analytics to drive this.
