The new revised scheme of CA Intermediate is the second step in the Chartered Accountancy course wherein students register themselves through the CA Foundation exams generally. There are some criteria to be followed in order to register for the Intermediate exams. Candidates have to follow the eligibility criteria for registration. The registration process is not automated you will have to register after being eligible for the Intermediate exams. ICAI CA Intermediate Fees 2023:
The ICAI has updated the old practical training curriculum of the information technology and orientation program into a combination of the ICITSS. For CA students, ICITSS is four weeks of compulsory training. This session continues for a minimum of six hours up to 15 days. The training helps applicants to know more about the software used for accounting purposes and communication with the outer world. The ICITSS CA intermediate fees 2023 is Rs 13500. The validity is for 4 years. The students can re-validate again by paying Rs 400.

For Overseas Students
CA intermediate fees for single and both the groups of overseas students are as follows:

For India and Kathmandu, the late fee is Rs 600. And for overseas, the late fee is US$ 10. The fee for Students changing from the old IPCC course to the new Intermediate course is Rs 500 only if the registration is still valid.
The CA intermediate fees structure for re-appearing again for the Intermediate exam- To revalidate the intermediate registration, students need to pay Rs 400. The validity of the intermediate registration is for four years.

Documents Required for CA Intermediate Registration 2023:-
Given below are the documents required to submit to the regional office within seven days of the date of online registration along with the printout of the online registration form with the student’s signature on it.
- Foundation Route applicants have to submit an attested copy of the mark sheet of Class 12th or its equivalent.
- The central government recognized examination pass marks statement.
- Direct Entry Route candidates have to submit an attested copy of the Graduation/ Post Graduation mark statements/mark sheet of Intermediate level examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
- One recent color photo (affixed on the printout of the online successful registration form).
- Attested copy- Proof of Nationality. (If the student is a foreigner).
- Attested copy- Proof of special category certificate like SC/ST, OBC, Differently abled.
For the Intermediate single group, the examination fee or application fee is Rs 1500 and for both the groups it’s Rs 2700. The candidates enrolling through the Foundation route can enroll for a single group or both groups as per their preparation. CA Intermediate 2023 Eligibility:
There are two ways to become eligible for the CA Intermediate exams.
Route 1 – Passing the CA foundation.
Route 2- By means of the direct entry to CA Intermediate.
Through the Direct entry route, CA Intermediate eligibility criteria is as follows-
- Commerce student graduate or postgraduate should have secured a score of a minimum of 55% marks. Non–commerce graduate or postgraduate students should have a score of a minimum of 60% marks.
- Students must have passed the intermediate level of the institute of company secretaries of India as well as the institute of cost accountant in India.
- Graduate/postgraduate who have studied at least 3 subjects among Accounting, Auditing, Mercantile Laws, Corporate Laws, Economics, Management (including Financial Management), Taxation (including Direct Tax Laws and Indirect Tax Laws). Costing, business administration or Management Accounting (or similar subjects with different nomenclatures), securing a minimum of 55% on average.
